Kofta Kebabs with humous dip

Ingredients
Extra-lean minced lamb 400g - 877 calories (serves 4 people)
1 small white onion finely choped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon each mixed spice, ground coriander, ground cumin
salt and freshly ground black pepper 

  • Mix together in a bowl the mince, spices and herbs
  • Divide into four sections
  • Squish them onto kebab sticks for serving (optional) into sausage shapes - the thicker they are the less likely they are to break/easier to turn
  • Turn every few minutes
  • Serve with quarter bag of salad (lime dressing) and some kind of bread (optional)
